He focuses on areas of general commercial and land\nlitigation with emphasis in debt recovery, Mortgage creation\/registration,\nemployment, Property Management, insurance and commodity disputes among others.\nMusangala also has considerable experience of civil fraud and criminal matters\nand he has been involved in some of the leading cases in this area. He pursued his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Makerere\nUniversity Kampala. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He joined the firm as a legal intern in\n2016, when he demonstrated good communication, interpersonal, leadership and\nadministrative skills that earned him a position of legal Assistant after his\ninternship period and eventually the position of Head Administration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He prior to joining the firm worked with\nStar-times Uganda Limited in the media and communications department, where his\nrole was to interact with client challenges and offer quick solutions as well\nas manage communication.&nbsp; He is a\npassionate Debator and public speaker and often times trains young stars to\nbecome articulate and critical thinkers. He Fellowships with Writing Our World,\na youth led organization as a Creative leadership Coach. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He boasts of a vast experience in Security\nperfection and debt recovery as well as Land transactions and Company Law. She is part of the litigation department and heads the Research and Insurance team. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) (Hons) from Uganda Makerere University and Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She began her early legal work experience\nwith the Chief Magistrates Court of Mengo at Kampala where she mostly did legal\nresearch; in the same line, she did her legal clerkship with Nanggwala, Rezida\nand Company Advocates. She also worked with S-M CATHAN GROUP as a legal officer\nbefore joining Impala Legal Advocates and consultants as legal assistant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this wealth of experience, Shiffah\njoined the firm in 2016 as legal associate, joining the research, commercial\nand corporate law, securities and debt recovery department. She is the head of the Labour, Employment and Family Department. She had an early\nworking experience with the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development as\na Research Assistant under the National Physical Development Plan project in\n2012.&nbsp; She worked briefly with Arcadia\nAdvocates. In 2017, Patience was appointed to the Uganda Judiciary where she\nworked as a Legal Research Assistant in charge of the High Court of Uganda\nHolden at Mbale.
