BOJO IVAN LAGHU

Ivan is a Legal Associate and is currently the Head of the Securities Department. He
holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Uganda Christian University, a Post-Graduate
Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Centre and a Masters of Laws
Degree from the University of Melbourne.

He began his legal work Career with the High Court of Uganda (Commercial Division)
as a Legal Researcher and he later joined the firm as a legal intern in 2018, prior to
joining Wandaz Products Limited as an Executive Assistant.

With this experience, Ivan returned to the firm as a Clerkship Student from the Law
Development Center in 2021 and he was retained to join the firm’s Research and
securities departments.
